Three integrated practices. One coherent approach.

Whole-Person Transformation, Grounded in Practice

My work is built on the understanding that lasting change rarely comes from insight alone. It comes from integrating mind, body, and nervous system — and from working with your whole person, not just your thinking.

Coaching

Co-Active Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach grounded in the belief that you are inherently whole — with strengths, clarity, and capacity already within you. Together, we clarify your values and vision, deepen awareness of patterns that may be holding you back, and translate insight into purposeful, aligned action. This is both reflective and forward-moving work: meeting what is present and aligning it with what matters most.

Nervous System Regulation

Your nervous system shapes how you think, feel, respond, and connect. When regulated, you have greater access to clarity, creativity, and choice. When dysregulated, you may feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected — even when you know what you want. Our work supports your nervous system’s natural flexibility, building your capacity to meet life with steadiness and intention.

Mindbody Practices

Breathwork · Meditation · Movement

Lasting transformation involves the whole person. Breathwork provides the most direct access to the nervous system — creating immediate state shifts and opening the space for deeper work. Meditation and movement deepen awareness, build presence, and integrate insight into lived experience. Together, these practices ensure that change becomes something you embody, not just something you understand.

What to Expect

I work with a small number of clients who are deeply committed to their own growth. Following an initial conversation, I design a customized coaching container — a rhythm and structure built around your life and goals. Most engagements run six months, ensuring the depth and continuity this work deserves.
